We operate Monday through Friday during normal business hours, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Because we are a small non-profit with limited staff, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped, not when it is placed.

If tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has shipped.
